Renault Trucks : The trucker atmosphere or the recreated client universe
A vast space against the wall
As at every edition of this international exhibition of commercial and transport vehicles, Renault Trucks VI had a large space backed against one of the sides of its hall. This configuration gave it maximum visibility and opening, and offered multiple opportunities for the booth layout. With a surface of this size, it is a case of the fitting out of spaces.

After the road, a stop at the village
The Expace team suggested designing the space as a stop in the truckers’ village. The stop offered something for everyone: welcoming visitors to the Trucker Café, test drives at driving simulation stations, a shop, and finally the business reception area designed like real offices. Some 300 m2 of private reception and catering areas on a mezzanine overlooked these universes designed in loft and workshop style. At the same time, the huge visuals of large roadside spaces along the booth encouraged serenity, safety, and the promise of a successful stop.
A “Truck of the Year” challenge
Both convivial and professional, these spaces formed a coherent whole clearly identified by the high signs delimiting the booth. Among the 13 new products and concepts presented, the “Truck of the Year” award received special treatment, a privileged location at the edge of the booth for this oversized and voluminous award.
